• Fixed spike LFP musimol plot
• Converted SIMURAN to pyproject.toml setup
• Fixed SIMURAN loading of Neurochat data to prioritise .txt files then .pos files.

• fix file error with rotating log SIMURAN (two instances of it)
• snakemake fix convert of tmaze files
